The Gdynia Port Technical Company specializes in the installation of steel structures of cranes and gantry cranes and repair of equipment handling and transportation. Employees of the Port Technical Company perform the assembly of lifting devices literally in every corner of the world. The PZT since 2000, is well known and recognized brand, guarantees the high quality of service and being a reliable and trustworthy partner. The most important achievements of the Port Technical Company should include implementation in recent years such tasks as complex assembly of all container handling equipment at the youngest Polish terminal – Deepwater Container Terminal in Gdansk (2007/2008/2011/2012/2014) and participation in the modernization of the container terminal HHLA Hamburg (2006/2007/2008/2011). It was also an interesting experience for the team PZT participation in the construction of automated container terminal in Abu Dhabi (ZEA) and Brisbane – Australia. Next year, the PZT will be participate in the construction of a modern automatic terminal in Indonesia (Pellindo I and II).
– In 2015, many assemblies are made for domestic container terminals – both for the Baltic Container Terminal, Deepwater Container Terminal Gdańsk and Gdynia Container Terminal – says Krzysztof Bak, president of the Port Technical Company SA – In May this year we completed the erection of two gantry rail cranes prom german company – Kocks Krane, dedicated to the Baltic Container Terminal that we transported from the Danish quay directly on the Helskie I quay. Now we mount the RTG cranes for the Gdynia Container Terminal and in front of us really great job – both onshore crane assembly and wage (RTG) allocated to the new terminal T2 Deepwater Container Terminal in Gdansk …
We should also add that the new railway cranes have been very smoothly loaded onto a pontoon using specialized transport set SPMT (Self Proppeled Modular Transporter), produced by the European leader of such machines – a German company Scheuerle which in the number of four units, is owned by the Port Technical Company since August l, 2013.
